Thank You Card Using Sprinkles Of Life Stamp Set
Hi there. This card is spring inspired. I live in New England and even though it’s February, it sure seems like spring is right around the corner. We have had 50° days lately which is unheard of.
So, everybody has spring fever right now. Let’s just hope that March doesn’t role in like a lion.
I began this card wanting to use the paper stack called Pretty Petals. I really liked the paper you see over on the right hand side of the card. The strip. It’s very funky looking you think?
So I needed a background to make the flowers pop. As you probably know, stampinup we never have to worry about coordinating colors because they do it for us.
I could just read on the back of this paper stack that one of the colors was watermelon wonder. That became my background.
I had a hard time deciding which stamp to use out of this set.
They are all so cute and so diversified. Now I sounded really grown up with that sentence didn’t I? Ha ha. It’s true though… From cupcakes, to ice cream, baskets of flowers, etc.
to give discard some added texture, I embossed the watermelon one cardstock with the decorative dots embossing folder. Then I popped up the flowers on a Stampin dimensional.
Hey I haven’t even mentioned so far that the very best thing about this stamp set is when that when you buy it… A portion of the proceeds go to the Ronald McDonald House. How flippin cool is that?
Oh one last thing? The Sprinkles of Life Stamp Set has a coordinating punch. HOLLA!
Thanks for Stampin by today. Like I always say…
Think it! Ink it!
