How to Make a Paper Box!
Honest to goodness, this is the easiest paper box you’ll ever make. You don’t need a video, you don’t need a ruler and you don’t need a tutorial.
The only thing you need is a simply scored tool. Let’s get started with how to make a paper box.
Are you ready?
This box when finished measures 4″ x 6.5″. What can you put in that? How about chocolate bar or a Post-it note holder or 3 x 3 cards?
To create this box you just need one piece of 8 1/2″ x 11″ paper. Score around all the edges at the 1″ mark.
When you go to score the cardstock, make sure that it is in “horizontal” mode. An easier way to think of it is “landscape” mode. Score at the 4″ mark and again at 5″. You’re almost done.
Fold on all the score lines. Use your scissors to cut a slit in the score line corners so that you can fold the paper and glue it as shown in the picture.
Now decorate that bad boy.. Can you even get over how easy this was? If you’re wondering what the dimensions are for the paper I used to glue on top they are as follows:
1. 3 3/4″ x 6 1/4″.
2. 7/8″ x 6.25″
3. 7/8″ x 3 3/4”
The ribbon is retired and just what I have in stock. It’s the Calypso Coral color. There’s so much more you can do to jazz this up. I would love to see any creations you make with it by sharing it on my Facebook page. Thanks for stopping by. Loves hugs and kisses!
