Hi everyone. Today I’m sharing a project created with the new stamp set, Balloon Adventures! I saw a similar one posted online (I apologize for not writing down the originator) and wanted to re-create it.
What I was drawn to on this card was the background. It’s so smart, don’t you think? Using the stamp to create an entire background. I’ve done this before with other stamps, but not usually using an entire layer like this 4 x 5 1/4″ piece of Whisper White.
If you look, below, you can see a close up of the balloons. I started in the middle and worked my way to each side from there. I didn’t use a ruler or anything, but you could if you wanted it to be exact. Or even a post-it note would work too!
Imagine the possibilities with colors on this card…. You could easily stamp out a ton of these cards in in so many color combinations. If you have trouble putting colors together on your own, make sure you check out my facebook page where I post weekly color combination inspirations like the one I have here:
Down below, I’ve listed the products I used to create this card. You can click on the pictures to read more or to purchase!
I hope you enjoyed this Balloon Adventures card and come back to visit me soon. And remember to join me every Thursday as I broadcast live from Facebook with new projects, techniques and ideas. Until next time- Remember to Think It! Ink It!
